Webkinz Gem Hunt
There are dozens of activities that can be found on the Webkinz World - but none is more popular than Arte’s Gem Hunt. Webkinz gem hunts are fun and challenging because you only have one chance a day to search for gems. During this search you only have three chances to find this gem. Careful where you search because it might be the wrong place!
There are five mines in Webkinz gem hunt that you can search for a total of thirty gems. The Webkinz Crown of Wonder is an exclusive and rare item that is awarded to the player who can find all thirty gems. This crown can be worn by the player’s pets to display to the other online players.
Click on ‘Your Gem Box” tab after entering into the Webkinz gem hunt game. It is necessary to open the gem box every time to confirm which gems you are seeking. You can also keep a list of those gems you have already located next to your computer.
If you know which gems you are looking for in the Webkinz gem hunt click on the ?Start Hunting? tab. Pick which mine you want to start in first. Your choices are the Flea Floater, Buried Bones, Barking Mad, Muzzle Mouth, and Howling Horse. Remember that you can only look in one mine per day so be careful what you choose.
To start your Webkinz gem hunt, press the ?Start Mining? tab and use the respective arrows to find your way around the mine. It is always best to look for areas in the mine that are sparkling. This will usually indicate that a gem is close by. When you find slag instead of the gem you will be given two more chances to find the gems.
Many people do not know that the top level gems for the Webkinz gem hunt are ones that can only be found in the mines that are the same color as the gem you are looking for. For example the Earth Emerald can be found in the Flea Floater, the Red Ruby Heart in the Muzzle Mouth, the Webkinz Diamond in the Buried Bones, the Ocean Sapphire in the Howling Horse, and the Corona Topaz in the Barking Mad mine.
Gems that are not the top level ones can be found in either two or three of the other mines. They are hidden in random spots. To make your search a little easier just try looking in the mine that matches the color of the gem. Remember that you only have three tries to find the gems in the Webkinz gem hunt or you will have to start all over tomorrow.
